Overview
The Techiman Municipal Assembly wishes to invite all small and medium enterprises in
the municipality involved in value addition to her 2nd Business Fair, which is slated for
15th – 17th November, 2023 at Techiman Methodist Park.
The Techiman Municipal Assembly’s Business Fair 2023 is a business growth promotional programme, which targets all entrepreneurs in the Small and Medium Enterprises’ sector. It provides a platform for the entrepreneurs to conduct business with companies and individuals in the Bono East region, Ghana and the world at large.
Some of this year’s products and services include:
Wood works and carvings – furniture, bedstead, doors, cabinet etc.
Agro-processed products – cereals, fruits, honey, spices, oil, etc
Detergents
Traditional crafts – Garments and textiles, Leather works, handicraft, smock
weavers, bags, beads, bouquets etc.
Services – Telecommunication agencies, financial institutions, Government
Business Services (Business Advisory Centre, Business Resource Centre)
Technology Support Services (Technology Solution Centre – GRATIS)

Target Group
The Fair targets generally Small and Medium Enterprises in the Municipality as well as business related service providers.
The participants will include Carpenters Association, Shoe producers association, soap makers and detergents associations, fashion designers association.
Cost
The registration fees for exhibitors, service providers and other support service providers are shown below:
Exhibitors – SMEs – GH₵100.00 per exhibitor
Service providers – Financial and Telecommunication – GH₵200.00 per
organization
Other support service providers – Restaurant and kebab – GH₵200.00 per organization.
The Assembly will provide stands for all the registered exhibitors, telecommunication service providers, financial service providers and support service providers.
