As part of its ongoing stakeholder engagement activities, the Revenue Supervisory Committee of the Assembly held a separate meeting with commission revenue collectors and winning tipper truck drivers on Tuesday, 27th January, 2026.

The meeting provided a platform for open interaction between the Committee and the stakeholders on revenue mobilization, operational challenges, and compliance with approved revenue measures. Members of the Committee emphasized the importance of transparency, accountability, and cooperation in revenue collection, while stakeholders shared practical concerns affecting their work on the field.

Discussions also focused on strengthening collaboration, improving monitoring arrangements, and addressing issues related to enforcement and service delivery. The engagement ended with a shared commitment to work together to enhance revenue performance and support the Assembly’s development objectives.
