The Techiman South Education Directorate organized “my First Day at School.” on 3rd October, 2023 to welcome all new entrants to school. In attendance were the Municipal Chief Executive of the District Hon. Benjamin Yaw Gyarko. He was accompanied by the Municipal Education Director Mr. John Kwadwo Amissah and other delegation from the Education directorate and the Municipal Assembly. The Municipal Chief Executive Hon. Benjamin Yaw Gyarko encouraged parents to bring their wards to school by observing the required age which is (4) years. He also advised fresh entrants to be punctual and take their studies serious.
The Municipal Chief Executive presented Biscuits and Fruit Drinks to the pupils as a token to mark their First Day at School.

Primary A School, Tako S.D.A Primary B School, Nawarodin Islamic Primary A School, Nawarodin Islamic Primary C school, Zongo M/A Primary A School, Zongo M/A Primary B School, Queen of Peace R/C Primary School, Apenteng Fosu M/A Primary School, Kromo Presby Primary A School, St. Dominic R/C Primary School, Woraso Prince of Peace Primary School, Bamiri M/A Primary School.
