Upon a request made by the Midwife, Mrs. Christiana Gyan who is in charge of Baamiri CHPS Compound , the MP, Hon. Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsah yesterday, December,08, 2023 presented a cheque worth Gh 10,590.46 to the managers of Baamiri CHPS Compound. The presentation was made on behalf of the MP by the N.P.P Constituency Chairman
Mr. Muniru Tanko.
Addressing the gathering, Mr. Muniru Tanko said , quality healthcare delivery is a priority to the MP’s office and it is the reason why the MP has taken part of the MP’s Common Fund to provide support for the facility.

After receiving the cheque, Mrs. Christiana Gyan , the Midwife in charge of the facility thanked the MP for coming to their aid at this crucial time.
She said the money will be used to procure delivery beds , weighing scales, beds , screens and other equipment for the facility.

She added that the MP’s intervention is timely as it will help to reduce the misery and frustrations that patients had to go through in receiving healthcare services from the facility.

The Kyidomhene of Baamiri Nana Kwaku Gyan who represented the Chief of Basmiri, Nana Asare Baffour at the event also lauded the MP for his kind gesture.
