The extended management meeting which was scheduled on the 9th of August, 2023 came on at the Bonokyempem Hall

2.Influx of foreign Nationals in the Municipality
3.Traffic management and observation of Road safety regulations
4.Reports on activities from various Departments
5.Maintenance of the water system in some communities &

6.Engagement with private water supplies in the municipality
7.Acquisition of landfill sites
8. Auditor Generals report for 2021
9. 3D signages and many more.
