The executive Director of the Economic and organized crime office ( EOCO) Maame Yaa Tiwaa Addo Danqua who’s appointment was announced by his excellency Nana Addo Danquah Akufu Addo on 5th January, 2022. paid a working visit to the Bono- east Region to facilitate for the existence of the Regional EOCO office in the Bono- east Region and to strengthen the collaboration of their activities with other departments and agencies in the region.
She was accompanied by her deputy executive director in charge of intelligence and monitoring madam Aba Jacqueline Opoku, Edward Cudjoe, Director Administration, the Bono Regional director Richard Quaye, Bono-east regional director Bubune Tornyie.
The rest are Albert padity special assistant to the executive director.
The team met the regional Minster for Bono-east region Hon. Kwasi Adu Gyane at his office to announce their presence at the region and to seek for his support at the region. The regional minister welcome them and stressed that his doors are always open for them at all times,
The team subsequently moved to omanhene’s palace to pay a courtesy call on him and to explain the reasons for their visit and also explain the work of EOCO to the traditional leaders.
Again, after omanhene’s palace the team moved to the Regional police command to meet with the regioal command for stakeholders consultation on means and ways these two agencies can collaborate effectively to work together in the region.

The executive dirdctor, announce at the meeting that she has brought a new pick-up for the region and also additional staff has being added to the regional director to facilitate their work at the region.
She also disclose that an accomodation has being secured at Nkwaiaso to be saved as a regional office and that very soon she will come to the region to commission the office.
