RECRUITMENT OF DATA COLLECTORS
The Techiman Municipal Assembly, under the leadership of the Hon. Municipal Chief Executive, wishes to inform the General Public that the Municipality has been selected to participate in the Ghana SMART SDG Cities Programme. Through this initiative, the Assembly will be building the capacity of citizens to identify and recommend projects that can support the transformation of Techiman into a SMART city.
As part of the programme’s implementation, the Assembly will be conducting data collection on proposed SMART SDG interventions that reflect the development priorities of the people of Techiman. This exercise will focus on key sectors of the Municipality and will contribute to updating the development profile of the Assembly.
In view of above, the Assembly invites applications from qualified and interested young people within the Municipality for recruitment as data collectors for the programme.
QUALIFICATION
- Must be at least 18 years.
- Minimum qualification: SHS Certificate, Diploma or Degree is an advantage.
- Experience in field data collection (especially digital data tools).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, Bono and Twi.
- Must be resident in or familiar with the communities within Techiman.
- Possession of a smartphone or Tablet is an advantage.
